Hi im just wondering if anyone can tell me where i can get an exercise program from?

There are a lot of places on the net that will provide you with that. Some cost money, some don't. I signed up to Penis Health not long ago and they have a very comprehensive program going on. Considering how much you'll learn and the fact that you get 9 sample programs (and the option of direct consultation) they charge a nominal fee. If you don't want to spend money there is some decent information over at Ferrari's Pad but I think that's more for the advanced user.
