I can't wear this thing without put it on so tight that my penis head turns purple without it slipping off!! I have even tried it without any extentions on and I still have to put it on tight or it will slip off. I have read all the instructions over and over and still nothing!! I even tired to "o" ring idea, and nothing. I am now clueless.

HI mate,
I cant imagine what trouble you are having, it is a pretty straight forward exercise to put it on.
What is your current erect length? Have you adjusted the device to be 4cm shorter than your erect length?
It is common that you will need to adjust the noose fairly tightly to secure the stretch and loss of circulation will occur after a while, resulting in the symptoms you describe, however, this is easily restored by removing the device and massaging and restoring circulation every 2 hours or sooner if required.

Ok, so my erected length is aprox. 5.7", so how much should I try to start with again? Or could you even tell me how that translates to bars needed (or not needed), I calculated a 1'' bar to initial device measurment. I guess your reply would just be of confirmation. And also are you saying that it is normal to tighten the device so tight that penis head turns purple? I mean because that is the only way I can keep it from slipping off.
Thank you very much mate

Ok, 5.7" = 14.5cm.The setup length should be 10.5cm. The base setup of the device is 9cm. I am not sure what bars you have added, but it sounds like you may have added too many and this will cause your problem. No, strangling your glans to a blue/purple colour straight away is not normal.
There are 3 size bars that come with the device, 2 long ones at 4 cm, a number of 2cm bars and a number of 0.5cm bars. There are also blank ends and these are 0.3 cm.
You need to add 1.5cm to the base length of the device for correct setup, if you have added 1" then you are approx 1cm too much and 2 weeks in advance.... Not good.
Ok, so simply screw 3 of the 0.5cm bars together and add these to the base length of the device for correct setup. The next time you add 0.5cm, simply replace the 3 0.5cm spacers, with a 2 cm spacer and keep adding the .0.5 as you progress. I am sure you will get the gist ;)
Hope this helps
