For the following exercises:

The Double Hand
The A-Stretch
The V-Stretch
The Tunica Stretch

how many reps should I perform for each?

On more thing, why is none of these exercises part of any of the recommended routines on the PH site? Does that mean that these are less effective that those that are recommended?

Hi currentlyinlove,

These exercises are rated as advanced plus on the members' area, you should not attempt them until you are very comfortable with the program and your responses to the exercises.

by this time, you should be at a level where you can set your own routines based on the exercises you are using and how they work for you.

No, the recommended workouts are for beginners (beginner-beginner, beginner-intermediate, beginner-advanced).
