Well, all the stretches all that gained me an inch of length is great and all, but it as caused the bottom of my penis head to swollen, and it has been this way for a long time now, and now that I'm doing a 3 set of 10 minute clamping, I doubt I have enough for my jelqs and all.

So I'm planning on abandoning my routine for a month and only use the clamp for that period.

Is that a good idea?

Hi mate,
If you are now focusing on your girth, then sure, your suggestion has merit, although a few stretches after the warmup will assist to make the tunica more malleable and receptive to engorgement from the clamping.

Please list your planned clamping routine for feedback from other experienced clampers ;)

It's simple.

3 minute of warm up
one 10 minute set
5 minute of rest while wearing a hot wrap
one 10 minute set
5 minute of rest while wearing a hot wrap
final 10 minute set
2 minute hot wrap

I went thru a few months of only focusing on the Ultra ligs.
Then when I wasn't gaining I did the DLD's bundled tunica and what you said I noticed right away! It's important to stretch the tunica that's for sure.
It was the 2nd month of DLD's that I finally gained again.
