View Full Version : No Access to PenisHealth.com Website

Hey Guys,

I recently purchased the full SizeGenetics System (that includes the membership to the PenisHealth.com website), but when I received my product, although it came with the Penis Health DVD, there wasn't any Log-in information for the PenisHealth.com website, and when I placed my order, there wasn't an option to create an account either.

Upon realizing this, I contacted Customer Service via telephone, and was told that they would e-mail me my Log-In information, but I never recieved an email!:sm39

How can I get this fixed?

Hi mate,
The first thing I suggest is that you check your email - junkmail box. Most times these emails end up in there. Please update if you find it or not ;)

Thanks Daz,

Sure enough, my Log-in information was sitting right there in my junk folder. I guess I need to make sure that any filters I have on the e-mail account are turned off.

I appreciate your help, and now on to my PE journey.

P.S. Even though this is only my second day using the AndroPenis + PSP, I'm loving the possibility of where I "CAN" end up measuring on a ruler now that I can add the PenisHealth.com excersises to my routine. :sm29

Hey there,

Those pesky junk/spam folders! It's likely to have been sitting there from the day you ordered!

It is worth noting here guys, that occasionally our emails do get stuck and will need rescuing!
