Alright I've been at it for 3 weeks now , and I've noticed change for sure . I'm hard as a rock now , and I don't have orgasms now , I EXPLODE :eek: size as slightly increased also . But until now my routine's consisted of basic jelqs and stretches . My girth is pretty good at a little more than 5" . So I wanna try and gain in lenght , maybe to 7" before excersising for girth . I know the jelqs work for both lenght and girth but I'm looking for exercises that focus more on lenght . Right now I'm leaning on ferrari's exercises . the behind the leg stretch and the sit down pull ( not sure of the name sorry:D )Thinking of doing 10 mins of each . But please any input or tips from people who've had success would be greatly appreciated .

Glad to hear you're getting results from PE. Stick with it and the gains are sure to keep on coming. To gain length most people have to stretch their ligaments. Any basic manual stretch will do that but the really good ones are the fulcrum stretches. Basically, pull your flaccid penis out as far as you can right in front of you (straight out) to initiate the stretch. Then, place the thumb of your other hand anywhere between the base and your stretch grip. Push down slightly towards the floor while trying to stretch foward. Basic physics/mechanics ensures that this stretch will be greater. You should also stretch manually in all directions (up, down, and either side). Vary your stretching now and then to mix things up a little and always keep at least one jelq variation in your program.
