i keep gettin erections durin exercise,is it ok to do 1 rep wait till i go limp again and start again it takes a lot longer

It depends on the exercise of course. If it's during stretching you need to let it come down a bit (to about 20-30% at least) before you go again. For any of the jelq variations you can, and should, be fairly erect.

I can't keep completely flaccid no matter what exercise I use (damn thing won't stay still...) and I don't think it matters that much in the long run. What matters most is consistency and intensity. As long as you can get a stretch you'll be fine. (Erect stretch moves, so-called bends, are not for the beginner/intermediate though.)

thanks 4 that just 1 more question,i was lukin through the reports the site has and i seen a person with the same size penis as me he gained 2.3 inch in lenght that is the sort of results im lukin 4 but he done the exercise 7 times a week im doin it 2 on 1off wil i c the same results as him

I think it's best to have some rest. Other people may not agree. But, that's probably just a personal preference and will depend a lot on the time you're willing to invest. What it all boils down to is really this: persistance and patience. The simple truth about PE is that you pretty much get out of it what you put into it. Since it's all about the stretching/expansion of a passive tissue there is physically speaking no need for rest. So if you can give it 7 days a week, try it. I tried to do that in my early efforts but things always got in the way. Maybe I would have gotten faster/better results if I had indeed been able to do 7 days a week. Who knows? Maybe you'll just get there slower by taking rests?
