Hello,

Anyone knows a good website for Kegel Exercises?
I want to control Premature Ejaculation and someone advised me to do Kegel Exercises everyday.

And another question, this kind of exercises should be done with Penis Erect or not-erect ?

Hi GTX,

You can do kegels in the flaccid state but for maximum benefit it is suggested you are no less than 50% erect.

As for websites with the exercises on, PenisHealth (http://www.penishealth.com) include some kegal (PC) exercises to help with premature ejaculation.
