hey i have been PE ing for 7 1/2 months and through the first five i saw some pretty good gains. I have been dedicated and changing up the routines and reps as i progressed and at the fifth month i reached a gain in length of about 1/2 inch. I changed up routines using more advanced stuff and changed the weekly routine as my exercises got more intense. The problem is since the end of the fifth month i have not seen any length gains. Its been 2 1/2 months since i saw my last gain and im wondering what i have done wrong. Since the fifth month where i stopped seeing gains, i added tunica stretches as well which have not shown me any results in the 2 1/2 months of using them. Am i not going to see any more gains if i continue?? Im starting to feel like its a waste of time as the last 1/3 of my PE ing has shown me no results. What Should i do?

i also have added supra slammers since the fifth month and have seen no length gains from that either

Well it's not unusual to go w/out gains once your initial gains take place.
I once went through 7 months w/ no gains.
The slammers is a good girth exercise and while you may gain a little from expanding the tunica it's primarily for girth.
What's your routine as you do it?

Also it shows your join date in Feb and that would be 5 months unless you were PE-ing before you joined here.

also 1/2 inch in length isnt that much for initial gains is it? my short term goal is to reach 3/4 inch in length and im worried i wont get that.

How long does it take for you to do one rep of the slammer?
I recommend:
Increase your Jelqs to 200 minimum
Keep doing the Slammers for about another month. If you dont' see any girth gains replace them w/ the Ferrari Trio.
So you have been doing your length routine for 7 months then?
Try this:
10 DLD Bundled Tunica 30 sec/ rep
10 V-Stretch 30 sec/rep
10 A-Stretch 30 Sec/rep
Finish with 10 BTC's 1 min/rep
Stick w/ this for about 3 months and see how it works. If you don't gain from this I'd be surprised.
Gains are always subjective. 1/2 is better than no inch so it's just how you look at it.
Anyway try it out and let me know how it works.

I have a feeling that you do not know what BTC stands for. It's shorthand for a Between The Cheeks stretch. LIke Anth said, it's a lig stretch. Do a search for it and you will find a description.

The gains come a little slower after the first six months, but that is true whether or not there is PSP. The main thing is to follow an exercise program with dedication, consistency, and intensity. Dazz is correct, you can still gain. I gained after my first six months, and so did Dazz.

I would keep an open mind and say that perhaps you can gain faster after your first 6 months than you did before hand if you just don't become lazy with it. Your exercise needs will change a little, that's all. If you don't just throw in the towel and say, "Ok, I guess I've seen most of my gains and now they will slow down", you might be surprised. Just do a little research and you will probably find what you need to start seeing decent gains again.

ok thanks. But ive now completed 8 months on this program and still havent seen any length gains since my fifth month. Ive gone 3 months with intense workouts and havent seen a gain. This is however getting frustrating and im having doubts about being able to push past this plateau. What do you think i should do? and wen i do finally want to slow down on the program, will i lose any gains if i decide to continue exercising but slow it way down say for only for 7 minutes a day as opposed to 35-40? thanks.

My first 6 months I had gains. Then no gains for 6 more months when on the 6th month I gained 3/16 in length and 1/8 in base and mid girth.
After that I had a two months of good gains and then another 5 months of no length gains with minimal girth gains in that time.
Then I went another 6 months until April when I gained another 3/16 in length. I'm going on my 3rd month since then w/ no gains.
Does that tell you anything?
I just kept doing my program. I didn't do anything special or clever aside from changing up my routine periodically w/ different exercises.

anth yea it does help me to keep going. I do however miss days now since its summer now and i cant always make some exercise days. My first 5-6 momths though i didnt miss any workouts. On any note, ill keep trying. I have a question for you though, can these exercises cause the penis to have a hard time getting a 100 % erection or maintaining an erection during hours between exercises or rest days? I have that problem at times and im wondering if the exercises are causeing this. Maybe not enough rest? thanks

Yes fatigue can come into play when you're doing intense work outs. ED is one of those symptoms.
If that's happening cut back a bit. Maybe take and extra day as you need it. Overworking the penis will also inhibit gains. Less can be more in that respect.
I've come to the conclusion that each individual must monitor themselves and see what works for them. As you become accustomed to the stress placed on your unit from the workouts you gain a knowledge of what your penis can and can't take.
If you feel extra tired or sore take a day of rest. This is a long haul thing so an extra day won't hurt. It will most likely help.
I've found that if I monitor myself in this way I'm actually very strong on my off days.
