I have a very hard problem staying flaccid when doing the long schlong exercises. When I masturbate before doing the long schlong exericses i can do the long schlong exercise perfect. However I've read in posts that your not supposed to masturbate when doing exercises. So I was wondering if I could do this:

In my routine I wake up and masturbate and do the long schlong exercises for 6 min.

Then I wait four hours and then I jelg and do jelq variations for about 20 minutes and then do the thing where u flex your pelvic muscle for 5 min.

Is this okay to masturbate and do the long schlong exercies and then do the jelq exercises 4 hours later?

Also does it matter how many times a day you can do the pelvic muscle thrust exercises? Can I overwork this muscle?

Give it time. I'm sure those erections will start to fade a bit after a while (not in a bad way though). But if masturbating before the stretches is the only way for you to perform them then I say go for it. Better that than not doing it at all or not doing enough because of erections coming in the way.

You can overwork any muscle in the body. Take it easy at first and then start adding more reps and perhaps even more sessions per day.

There is NO evidence to suggest masturbating hurts gains, its just a theory a bit like PE :)

However if masturbating is the only way then do it, main thing is to keep motivated and doing it.

A tip i used was this:

When i would get erect during long shlong i would do 25 reps of PC flex basic and this would bring me back down to flaccid and exercise the PC muscle.

Why don't you just occupy your other hand with something else ?? I know this may sound weird but when I do my stretches most of the time I eat :p And yes I am very carefull to not exchange hands in mid exercises :D

I wait, If I start to get hard I just hold off a little bit till its flaccid again and keep going.

Does it cause problems to stop like this mid-stretch and start up again?

Here's an idea, when you get a hard on while doing your stretches just do some PC flexes, this should cause your erection to subside enough to finish doing your stretches.

it is hard to do it mid-stretch because one pull on it again and it gets hard enough that its hard to stretch...it justs seems like the easiest thing to do is to masturbate and then do the stretches.

how about doing other exercises first??

Perhaps IF the only way you can do it is to masturbate then do that :)

When u do pc flexes to get erection down only do 1 flex and HOLD it till erection as gone
