I new to this, I'm optimistic about the program, sounds logical. I read on a previuos post that new users shouldn't do the exercises with a hard on. Should I do the exercises if my penis is erect. I also saw on a previuos post about being fairly ercet, but all of the exercises give me a hard erection.

Stretches of all kinds needs to be done flaccid. If you get an erection doing them, slap it around a little (not enough to get it all riled up though) and let it come down a bit. Once you get more into the stretching you'll apply more pressure and you won't get as hard an erection.

As for jelqing in all its guises, I think that's best done hard. But, as a newbie it's best if you start out about 70-80% hard to get used to the movement. Some people also claim that jelqing at about 70-80% is better for length while 90% and up is better for girth.
