I just started my program today and I think I was doing it wrong but my stuff is little when its erect I had a hard time doing the horizontal movement and I did the jelq wrong while standing. and kept getting a full erection doing my excercises, I did the long schlong wrong with an OK ring rather than full fisted and kept getting erections where I had to do the warm up several times. Any advice for the new comer :sm17
