View Full Version : Correcting a Curvature

The booklet says the device must be worn to the opposite side of the curvature. What does this mean?

Does it refer to building up of the length on one side or, my first intake, the direction of the base near the end of the penis?

Any help would be much appreciated.

If your curve is up, wear the whole device(it rotates up and down) pointing down and if your curve is down, wear it pointing up. I don't know what you would do if your curve is to the left or right, i guess in that case just wear it up or down and more pressure will still be on the shorter side. I know for me because my curve is severe enough that for now whether I wear it up or down I can feel more pressure on the bottom of my penis. I'm not sure I understand your question completely but I hope I made it clear. Thats what I understand from it anyways, I may be wrong. Also, just curious what degree is your curve and what direction?

Anyways, good luck and track your progress if you can, not much tracking for people fixing curves.

Remember fixing a curve usually takes a long time. You might want to supplement the SG effect by spending some time every day jelqing in the opposite direction of the curve. Also, if your curve is right or left, I would think that adding an extra spacer on the opposite side of the curve would help. I'm straight as an arrow, so I think a few more posts by people who are left/right curves who use the SG would be helpful.
Good luck, but add in those jelqs.

Yeah, it's what i assumed it to be but I wanted to make sure.

My Curve is mostly up but it leans to the right sometimes, I would guess the curvature is between 20 and 30 degrees but I can be fairly hard and not have any whatsoever, it's just the last part of the erection where the blood flow is max. It's ashame because I'm happy enough with my size beforehand and I don't want to grow any bigger in terms of my girth anyhow but I would prefer to sort the curve out.

If you curve to the left , then when wearing the device in the up position you would wear it a bit off to the right so not pointing straight up, vice versa if you curve to the right. Same as in the down position. If you curve to the left you will wear it pointing down and off to the right.

It does take more time, average time is 8 month, when following the program exactly. Your gains in length are also affected during the time the curve is being fixed. Your gains in length can be very slow during this time. The less time the device is worn the longer for the curvature to take to get corrected and normal gains in length to be acheived

hope that helps .....

im in my 10th now and the device is still workingout my curvature, but im on a modified routine which has slowed progress down and length gains have been slower than what the norm is. But it does work.

As turtle stated, incorporate PE into your routine to fix a curve and that should really speed that up and then your gains in length will also not take as long as if just on the extender use.

You can also do erect bends against the curve-

The exercise:

1) Find a private spot wherever you are, work, home, public, it doesn't matter. It is better to do this exercise with lubrication, such as Vaseline, massage oil, hand creme, or some other agent that will prevent you rubbing your skin too severely.

Sit down, trying to keep your back as erect as possible. Gravity will push more blood into your lower abdomen and pelvis, which is never a bad thing in this exercise.

Leaning back is ok as well, the most important thing is that you are comfortable. Take your penis in your hand.

2) Begin to stroke your penis, using only your thumb and forefinger in a ring, pulling the skin slightly but not painfully.

When you move back towards your body lighten the pressure and do not squeeze as hard, but move your hand quickly and begin pressure right at the base of the penis.

You are moving the blood forward as fast as possible to the tip of the penis, and stimulating the ring around the head of the penis, which is the most sensitive part.

This will not feel as good as using your whole hand to stroke yourself, but do not use your whole hand you want to get used to the pressure stimulation, and move the blood more effectively.

3) As you become erect continue to stroke yourself, squeezing harder against the oncoming pressure of the blood.

This should prolong the time it takes to get a full erection, and you will feel the pressure of the blood against the skin of your penis.

Continue to work the blood down into the head, milking the penis.

Once you reach a full erection move your hand back to the base of the penis and hold it there. You are containing the blood in the penis and causing it to stretch very gradually.

4) With your free hand tug gently on your penis, pulling it left, then right, then straight out. Do this three times in succession before switching direction.

The fully erect state is the state in which it is best to stretch your penis because your skin is at its maximum tension for the amount of blood that is in it.

As you stretch the skin will slowly expand, making your penis larger and giving it a larger capacity.

5) Do each direction three times, making a total of 9 stretches in each direction. Wait a few seconds and then release the hand at the base of your penis. You will be able to feel the blood flow pick up again.

At any point in this exercise if your penis starts to hurt or you feel numb in any part of your body release your grip on your penis immediately. You do not want to do any damage, only increase your size.

6) After you have released your grip and the blood begins to flow again continue your earlier stroking with thumb and forefinger, however do not pass over the sensitive head of the penis, and stroke only the shaft.

This is also an exercise in control, since you will have stroked yourself to a full erection and not ejaculated. You want to calm yourself down with this stroke, and not concentrate on sexual images or thoughts.

Eventually you should lose your erection entirely, at which point you should repeat the stretching exercise in Step 4 just one time when you are not erect, stretching to the point of tightness but not actual pain.

7) When you have completed this step you can shake your penis out, loosening the skin again and preventing soreness from the stretching.

8) Stand up slowly, allowing the blood to run back into your legs and lower body. If you feel faint hold on to a wall or some support so as not to fall over and injure yourself.

This entire exercise should have taken no more than 1-2 minutes.

Hi Big Al good to see you here again.

I have a question. The description where when erect and gently bending the penis sounds a lot like the Plump Bends.
In what way is this exercise different, if it is?

thanks,
anth

It's good to be back :)

It seems that the differences are minor- mostly in the rep schemes and directions. Erect bends were designed for curvature correcting, while plump bends are for girth. Both exercises stretch the tunica very effectively.

Hey Big Al,

Thanks for this post, i'll try it but will this be as effective with a downwards curve? I've had trouble doing many manual exercises because its my corpus spongiosum that is either under developed or has scar tissue that causes my downward curve so I feel that jelqing or these exercises might not help, am I wrong? So essentially I need to lenghen the corpus spongiosum to eliminate my curve or make it less curved. Do you know what can help me achieve this or would this exersice help do that? (I kind of worried these exercises will add more length to the top of my penis and make my curve worse)

Right now i'm wearing the extender and i think it will help since when I wear it the top of my penis feels likes its at rest or limp but the bottom stretches to the max which to me is good news since once that stretches my penis should strenghten. But again anything to help this along would be bonus.

Thanks
