Hey guys,
In the next few weeks I am not going to be able to PE on the weekends. I was wondering if 5 on (mon-fri) and two off (sat/sun) would be a good workout sequence for the time being. Just let me know. Thanks!

Rest is the best thing for PE...remember that your penis needs time to recuperate from exercising so if you want to maximize gains i suggest you still take breaks during the week...BUT if it works better for you any breaks will do...just make sure to take breaks that's the important thing...

Good luck!

As said above rest is important, having three rest days a week is not abnormal so i would personally suggest this. However if you really do want to do 5 days in a row, be careful with the intensity and if you start to feel your overdoing it at any point then just stop.

This would be ok, but I think mon, tues, thurs, friday would be better. This way you rest once in the week and twice at the end of a week. Just a suggestion.

Alright guys, thanks for the input. But to go the opposite direction with this, what do you think about doing PE every other day. I am pretty big into weight training and I know that for lifting you are never supposed to work the same muscle two days in a row. Would this also apply for PE? It seems like it would make sense. Also, I am an extremely busy person, and I am wondering if the amount of sleep you get is important for gains. Through the week I probably sleep about 6 hours a night. Is this enough?

The principle of lifting have virually nothing to do with PE. Your penis is not a muscle, accordingly the concepts of lifting are basically useless. The only thing that translates is the need for dedication, consistency, and intensity.
