1) this is my workout so far and i want to know if the order matters.

The Wake Up Cloth
The Long Shlong
The Power Stretch
The Jelq
Horizontal Movement
The Wake Up Cloth
PC Flex Basic


2) For the power stretch you have to stretch for 10 and while holding the stretch you have to flex your pc muscles for an extra 5 seconds correct?

For the above, correct, and after a few weeks increase the stretch to 15 seconds. As far as order goes, just do what seems right. You probably want to do all of the stretch work together, and likewise with the girth work, but the actual order of things is not an issue.

well my reasoning behind it was so i don't have to re-apply lube again, thanks a lot though

i am also uncut so when i stretch i sort of do a reverse o-kay grip, it works but not as well when stretching left and right because i don't feel it so much
