Question regarding SizeGenetics Device

I JUST started using this device yesterday. It's actually pretty comfortable. However, one issue I AM encountering is that it's quite inhibiting when I try to urinate. I feel pretty stupid for asking, but my search in the manual AND the search function on the forum yielded nothing so here goes: Am I supposed to remove to take care of that or am I wearing it a bit too tightly?

I'm not sure on either because after I loosened it, it slipped off twice, which was frustrating. I want to make sure I'm doing things right so I can get the best results the fastest. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much. I just wanted to clarify. I thought I remembered reading that it wouldn't interfere with that particular body function, but maybe the ease of taking it off and putting it back on is what they were implying...
