Hi I just started on the program and my erect girth is WAY under the average - its around 3.75 inches. My erect length is also a little under average (6 inches).
I was wondering if what the average erect girth was, and how long you think it will be until I reach this level.
Also any suggestions on how to achieve this would be good.

If you just started the program then you should just jelq. It's a good exercise for girth if you do it fairly erect and it will also help you length and overall penile fitness. Then, when you get a little more advanced (say, after 4-6 weeks) you can add in some trapping exercises that target girth more specifically. I have a few suggestions here in the thread entitled "Variations on the Ferrari Trio" but those are advanced exercises and should be approached with care. Don't jump into anything until you've built a solid workload and gotten used to the exercises.

So how long do you think before I see any significant gains in girth, cos that's what I'm really looking for. Would you be able to tell me what the average girth measurement is?

Isn't the average girth around 4.75 - 5" :confused:
