What Device Am I Suppossed to Get??

I received my SizeGenetics package today...but the Device and Instructional DVD don't match the Device Instructions on the SizeGenetics webpage. The case has the "JES Extender" Crown logo on it and a couple of small metal dics (have no clue what they are for) in the case have the same logo and the letters "JES" engraved on them. The package contents don't match what I see on the SizeGenetics site.. there are no foam tips or extender rods that match the measurements of the rods discussed in the Sizegenetics online instructions. There are no mini rods (0.3 cm) or small rods (0.5 cm), the rods included are of different sizes but not like anything I have read on the SizeGenetics site.

So did I get the wrong device?? The included DVD is for the JES Extender but even that is different, it talks about adjusting this tube thing for holding the glans, but this case comes with some rubber strap and foam ring..... Its like I got a few parts described in the SizeGenetics instructions thrown into a "JES Extender" box, minus the correct size rods... Whats the deal?

You got the right parts, the rubber strap is the plastic gland holder, the foam pads is for going around the straps, the extenders are .3 which is the VEY VERY small piece then it goes to .05 then .20 and i think a .40 but you only use the .20 or .40 WAY later one when ya have done this for a while

So if you have the extender 3 bandage wraps 4 foam pads like 2 rubber cylicons straps and all the extensions ya set don't need anything else

Thats what I'm saying.. I don't have any bandage wraps.. all I got was 1 foam ring thing, the extender and rods that dont match the measurements you list...the small rods i got measure about 1.2 cm - 2 of them (measurement doesn't include the screw thread part, which I assume doesn't count), the next size up is about 2.5 cm - 2 of them, and the last size I have, the largest, measures 5 cm - 4 of these.

This doesn't sound like the same contents you got - So am I missing something ??..

Sorry if this has confused you, you have gotten our new improved device. The device did use to come with silicon straps and foam to wrap around them. The new device however comes with a new easy to use comfort strap.

The new size bars in the device are now

* 1 cm
* 2 cm
* 4 cm

You simply place the sponge ring around the glands of the penis (if this is not possible then medical gauze tends to work well. You then place the comfort strap just below the head of the penis around the glands.

umm i have checked out the new page and all and I have seen nothing about a new device with new comfort straps or anything of that sort, Would you care to provide pics of this new device and what ever other amazing discoveries you made to make it better.

Seams pretty shitty to me that I got the old device and 2 months later there is a new and improved one and to top it off all these discounts of 100 bucks or more and that this device still has not done crap for me, yea getting pretty pissed off about now

Edit: Just saw the new pics you must of updated the site in the last 2 weeks cause they were the old pics before. But im still pretty dam disapointed so far with the entire experince I have got from this company and its product

As you can understand you had purchased the device at least 2 months before the new device came out, I am sorry that you was not able to order the new device but this is out of our control.

I agree it is out of your control, but if you were making a new updated one and knew of its existance might of been a nice thing to have on your site BRAND NEW DESIGN OUT SOON with HUGE discounts for the ones like me who happned to pay full price for a product by a company that does not exist anymore. I feel you sould offer to those who purchased the product with in a VERY close time frame to the all new product maby a free updated holding system to make up for the 100$ saving we could of had if we waited all of 2 months more to get a up to date product with a major discount. Just my 2 cents as I continue to have to design and come up with new ways to make this product hold correctly with out having to strangle my self to death to keep hold

I agree with night spirit. when I received the product last week, my reaction was the same as him. I was like what the hell is this foam ring thing, where the hell are the silicon tubes, etc etc etc.... You should put a new pic on your website.
