View Full Version : Early Gains Changes?

I've only been at this for four days and using the beginners workout plan(20-25) minutes from p-h.com and I think I'm already noticing some changes.
It looks veinyer(sp?) while erect and actually does look a little bigger while erect as well, not necessarily length just a overall thing, maybe its just because of the exercises and it being a bit more in shape.
I'll probably stick with this plan for the first week and move to the longer beginner plan(35-40) next week.

I'm glad to hear your noticing changes already:) ...... but, if the ruotine you are on now is working for you, I think I'd stick with itfor another 2-4 weeks, at least until the gains seem to have ceased. Then change things aruond a bit to kinda shock it into growing some more, because if you go through all or most of the different routines in a short period of time your penis will get used to the stress you are putting it through and you'll have a more difficult time getting to your goals.
Just remember, if it's working keep doing it until it doesn't work anymore, then replace an exercise or two with something new, your buddy will have no choice but to respond and if it doesn't then change the whole configuration of your routine.
Don't get in a big hurry because that too can cause the gains to be minimal or not at all. This is a process and that takes time and patience.
Hope this helps.
happy gaining:D
Also: Intensity rules over duration.

hardin is correct stick with a workout until you stop seeing gains, you should also make sure you are doing the exercises correctly before moving on.

If it ain't broke don't try to fix it. Just slowly increase your intensity over time and you can stick with the same workout. About early gains they probably come about because this is a new stimulus for your penis. It's gearing up to become more fit. Looks and feels great, huh?

Thanks for the tips guys, I wasn't really sure how long to stay on any particlar routine or what the deal is. While the stuff on p-h.com is great they're a bit light on the actual practical application of some of their exercises.
And as for doing them right, Ebon the tips you gave me on the Jelq worked, I used the opposite hands thumb to keep the skin back and just switched back and forth and it worked a lot better.
Thanks!

Good. If you're getting a better workout then that's great. Glad I could help.

:)
As for a comment above made by Hardin, and I"ve heard this in a few other places. How exactly do you increase the intensity of some of these workouts? Say a Jelq, Long Schlong, etc?

For the jelq it's all about the pressure of the o-grip and the time it takes to perform each "stroke". I also advice that you kegel in more blood into your penis before setting your o-grip for the next "stroke". That will increase efficiency because you'll have more blood to move around.
For any stretching exercise there are three ways to increase intensity: either increase the pulling pressure, the stretch time (for each stretch), or graduate to some type of fulcrum stretch.

How long should you do the Jelq for? I think I keep a pretty good o-grip as I move up the shaft but maybe Its not tight enough.
Also I don't know what you mean by kegel in more blood?
I can definetly do more on the stretching portions, I was never sure how much to pull, guess I'll try more. I usually do add a few seconds to the recommended time. Same with the last question, what are the fulcrum stretches?
Another thing I'm curious about, people say you should see red spots after certain exercises, I haven't seen any yet, could this be due to not enough intensity in the Jelq?

Try to squeeze just a little bit harder for one session and see how it feels. If you don't get any serious blood spots then stay with that intensity.

Basically you do a PC flex which pushes more blood into the penis. Do a jelq from the base to the head and keep your o-grip tight up there. If you flex your PC muscle you'll feel additional pressure on your glans and you'll see the shaft expand slightly (if you're relatively hard). Kegels are just the technical name for exercises tha use the PC muscle, named after the physician who introduced them as a post-natal recovery technique for women.

Fulcrum stretches are kind of what the pressured shlong is, you add another point of resistance. It's really just basic physics. If you have a length of string that can support a maximum of 10 lbs when it's hanging straight down (i.e. one end tied to a weight and the other tied to some immobile structure) then that string won't be able to support 10 lbs if you hang it from the string when it's tied between two posts. It produces more force that way. So, by introducing a lever of sorts you increase the stretch (mostly on the tunica). Try doing the pressured shlong but adding the thumb push at the middle of the penis (this is called the V-stretch and you can find a link to an explanation in KingD's tips thread).
