I'm a member of Penis-Health and I have been exercising my penis since the 1st of January 2003 and I have been very impressed with my gains so far. My programme consists of-:
3min warm up
8min Pressurised Long schlong
15min Advanced Jelq
6min Power Stretch
4min Long PC flex
4 min Stretching blood flow
5min PC weighted

I would still like to add some more length to my penis and I want to increase my girth. So can u please help me change this routine to meet my needs. Plus I would also like to think about finishing the programme once I've met my needs. I'm so close already. So any advice would be most appreciated. Cheers

Any chance we could see how well you've done? Starting lengths, girths, etc and current?

Try out some of the advanced techniques I've posted in this forum. They will work wonders for your girth (and head size). Put in one or two of the Ferrari variations after your jelq.

As for length I think that some kind of fulcrum stretch might be wise. Throw it in after, or in place of, the Power stretch. The most powerful is the A-stretch but most people don't have enough flaccid length to do that the normal way. Here's what to do if you're a little shorter:

1. Get some kind of straight, preferably rounded edge, metal or wood stick that can lay flat across your lap.

2. Wrap it in some kind of cloth.

3. Now, with the stick laying across your legs take a standard stretch grip on your penis and stretch it over the the stick so that the stick presses on the underside of the penis about halfway.

4. Pull down and away with the stretch so you get a stretch on the ligs and also a stretch in the middle of the penis where the stick is.


This will create higher stretch efficiency because of simple physics/mechanics. Start slowly at first and try to get the technique down. This will hit your ligs as well as your tunica.
