hey guys. i havent posted on here in a while but ive still been at the whole PE thing religiously. i got my 2 bottles of PSP about a month agobut have been doing PE for a lot longer than that. my routine consists of:
3 min warmup
5 min stretch
10-15 min jelq
5 min horizontal movement
2-3 min cooldown
i was really hoping the PSP would help me finally get some gains but they seem to be only giving me the same affects as L-Lysine.
can anyone help me out??????please?!?!?!

The brass around here might be better suited to assist you, but I'll give it a go.
From what I understand, you're not experiencing any gains from either your workout or the pills. I had this same problem the first two times I took a stab at PE. This time around, I made a few adjustments to my jelqing and it has worked like a charm. I was jelqing too quickly and without enough pressure. Now I make sure each jelq last at least 3-4 seconds and I apply tons of pressure on my "ok" grip. The pills seemed to help the process along.
Maybe this is not what's slowing you down, I really don't know. I just thought I'd offer a suggestion based on my own experiences. I hope it starts to work for you.

First off I agree with Cleveland, make sure your jelq intensity is right. You need to really squeeze that thing (but not so hard as to cause serious discomfort) to get good progress. Second, that's not a lot of work even for a beginner's routine and you've been doing it for more than 2 months. You need to up the intensity and duration. Most people get the easiest gains from lig stretching and you're not doing much of that. The ligs are fairly tough (much like other connective tissue in your body) and you need to work the hard to lengthen them. Add more stretching, either 5 min bouts throughout the day (every time you go to the bathroom for instance) or increase your stretching time to at least 15 min before and after your jelq.
If you've been doing PE for as long a you say you might also want to consider stepping up to some more advanced exercises. You don't say whether you want length or girth and what you're starting from though. Give me that and I can give you more specific guidelines.

Maxpower are you doing the exercises intensely, are you doing them correctly, do you see red spots on the penis? When you are doing stretching are you just stretching or actually feeling the stretch and a tug? Perhaps you should move on to harder techniques...
PE is for everyone, some peeps gain quick and some gain slower unforunately it would seem you are the later BUT that doesn't mean you can not get gains.

When something isn't working, a small modification can go a long way.
Hang in there maxpower454, we're all here to give you best there is.
I for one am a hard gainer and have achieved much success with the good advice that comes from this forum.
Based on the information that you have given, I noticed that you have not incorporated PC flexes into your workout routine.
This is a vital part towards achieve any kind of gains in-spite-of the fact that you are taking PSP.
Start by doing 200 reps...3-days on, 1-day off. Increase to 300 reps the next week and so on, until you are doing 400 - 500 per workout session.
I also noticed that you did not mention your workout routine per days on and days off. This too is vital towards achieving your gains. 3-days on, 1-day off is recommeded...However, you can do 2-days on, 1-day off if this deems appropriate towards your needs.
Good luck my friend and continue to keep us posted on how the changes in your routine are affecting your gains.
Remember, we're all in this together and we want you to succeed my friend.
