Ssup Everyone, I use to follow the 40 mins beginners routine but realised I may be stressing out my "little brother" too much. Tfore, I've revised my plan to the 25 mins routine. Can you guys see if this plan would work?

Warmup Cloth
1+2 mins

LS
Front - 7 Reps (15 Secs)
Right - 7 Reps (15 Secs)
Left - 7 Reps (15 Secs)

Power Stretch
Front - 4 Reps (15 Secs)
Up - 4 Reps (15 Secs)
Down - 4 Reps (15 Secs)
Right - 4 Reps (15 Secs)
Left - 4 Reps (15 Secs)

Jelq
120 Reps (4 Secs)

Horizontal Movement
60 Reps (3 Secs)

Warmup Cloth
2 Mins

Needling
15 Reps (12 Secs)

Pc Muscle
Throughout the Day X 500

And Also,
I've noticed veins appearing in places where there were no veins, and getting darker in some places as well. This is normal right? The thing is, sometimes I wonder will the veins blowup due to too much pressure. If the veins widen up a bit i wouldn't be as worried, but the veins are still pretty thin..so, when would the veins start widening up?

And, I use vaseline for lubing up, Sometimes I think bacteria may form inside the vaseline, much like bacteria building up in agar gel, remember science class guys? Should I worry about this?

Finally, this might sound funny but I'm totally serious. Is it possible that your dick just rips off during Peing? or blood squirting out from a thrombosed vein? I'm still clueless as to how much pressure I should use. At the moment I'm applying enough to feel the stretch or pressure, but too worried to go with 100% force.

Thanks man.
Tom.

I'm afraid that due to a lack of pressure gauges on hands we cant give you an exact reading. The best advice I could give is do do the exercises so you feel the stretch, pressure, blood moving around etc so that you can feel that your penis is being pushed farther than the forced sustained during a normal erection which is generally, not very much as an erectin is a natural bodily function, one which you are trying to push beyond its limits.

Just be sensible man, err on the side of caution until your find your comfort zone. I don't do stretches as I have this fear of pulling too hard, its irrational as I am a good judge of force which comes with time and practice but I still hate doing it. Hence the extender.

My girth workouts end with my penis feeling tired and my ability to hold an erection depleted. I have tiny red speckles and my penis is a generally darker colour. When the exercises start giving red spots larger than a pinprick or anything other than very mild discomfort comes along from exercise its time to cut back for sure. Make sure though that increases are very slow and steady until you find your place. You really dont want to go so fast that you have no time for the warning signs to stop you!!!

Listen to your body aswell, it generally tells you good stuff.
