Hey guys, I am new here, had a couple things I wanted to ask:

1. I've only been on the program 2 days now and I hear a lot of talk about warming up and doing things properly to avoid injury. I have been following guidelines as given, but I am curious to know what types of injuries have occurred and what specifically caused them.

2. I also hear quite a few people talking about taking pills with their workout. My understanding is that this program will still allow you to make legitimate gains without taking pills, is this correct?

3. And finally, during my second work out yesterday, I accidentally ejaculated during my Horizontal Movement exercise. I wasn't browsing porn or anything and my mind was just on the task at hand - it happened rather suddenly as a complete surprise. I believe maybe it was just because I had never stimulated my penis with that type of blood flow before? Not sure. Has anyone else experienced this and have any comments on it? I noticed in the moderator thread for newbies it says not to masturbate to an orgasm 2-3 hours before or after your workout. Can someone give a bit more detail as to why this is bad and what kind of detrimental effects may be expected if this happens?

Thanks a ton guys.

pills are NOT needed for gains, just a supplement for faster gains.

question 3 takes some explaining loadsa threads on forum if no one jumps in then i will answer in full! :)

1. Injuries, like pearce 6 said, are usually blood vessels that fail to handle the added pressure a PE workout creates. It's a result of applying too much pressure too soon (kind of like trying to lift more than you can). This causes "spots" on the penis that are usually dark purple in color.

2. Pills aren't needed, no. Gains can come faster with them though since the ingredients in the pills promote blood circulation and also contains some libido inhancers.

3. Ejaculating before or after a PE workout shouldn't be that big a deal. The change in hormonal profile that this produces shouldn't affect gains but most people recommend you to keep it to yourself just to be on the safe side. As to why you ejaculated that's anyone's guess. I think it might just be the new stimulus like you suggest.

Thanks for the info, much appreciated.

One more quick follow up. You mentioned that the injuries can cause the dark purple spots, but having a few spots is not necessarily a sign of injury, right?

I got a few after my first workout but there was no pain associated with them, and I am pretty sure I read somewhere on this site that a lot of people will get these just from doing the workouts right, although some may not.

Just wanted to make sure I was correct on this, thanks again.
