Hi guys, as some know i ve been doing PE for almost 1 1/2 years now.I ve took 6 months pro solution and 6 months vigrx too.All I ve gained almost half an inch in girth so i an 5" now and 1/4 inch in lenght so i am 6 1/4 now.Now still doing PE exercize, but gains are becoming a bit slowly as i am seeing.

Before I stop doing nothing i am thinking of goining penis Health now.THE LAST THING I AM TRYING.

You obviously were doing something correct in terms of your girth work, but my feeling is that you were doing something wrong on your length work. The videos and structure of PH would probably help you, but I am curious as to what you were doing as far as PE length work. I am talking about exercises, # of reps, length of reps, weekly workout routine. PH will not do you any good if you do not follow a consistent, dedicated, intense routine. PH can aim you in the proper direction, but the bottem line is you.

Basically the best way we can help you is if you give us a detailed account of your workouts.

Your still just giving us numbers that don't tell us much. 30 LS or 10 A-stretch, what are they? 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, what? What directions are your LS? Also, you have been doing this long enough, so I think that your stretch routine could contain a few more advanced types of exrcises. Give us a little more info, we will try to give you some thoughts.

What about progression sequences? Why do you feel the need to do so many exercises?

Hey Big Al I don't know what a progression sequence is.

Could you please elaborate what you mean?

Thanks,

By progression sequence, I mean the amount of reps/intensity added each workout to make it more challenging. I've found that the best way to make gains is to make each successive workout a little harder. That way, you force gains without injury.

Have joined penis health as i told you earlier, and just received the dvd. I have a question, have seen teh advance routing ant it tells you that only 7 to 10 mins needed of PE everyday and on the routine only 4 exercizes are mentioned.
ANother thing im doing 3 in 2 out 2 days in ane 1 out of pe.Is it the best.

THANKS

You're going to have to figure out which kind of routine is best for you. Some men respond best to brief, intense routines; others thrive low impact, long workouts.

Start with the shorter routine and see how it goes. Doing PE 5 times a week is adequate if you're an advanced trainee.

Hope you don't mind my adding but you do not want to start right off on the advanced routine.
Advanced exercises have to be worked up to so that you don't get injured.

I would recommend starting out with the beginners routine for 6 to 8 weeks and then go from there.
