Hey there guys just thought i'd let all people and Newcomers know about what happened today.
I bought the noose version Andro-extender 4 months ago and it has been utter pain in the... yeah lol. I rang of Size Genetics to speak regarding a refund or upgrade to the new device because I considered the noose painful to the point where he product wasn't viable and I though that an upgrade was due.
After searching the records it was found that I did not buy the extender from them, rather from Andro direct. At the time of buying I thought the two companies were synonymous.
I contacted Andro who would not refund because I had gone beyond 60 days use and I was not legible fo the years guarantee because nothing was apparently faulty. I thought this was bad customer service because the device, in my opinion, did not due its job within reasonable boundaries.
Even though I didn't buy the device from them, I was offered the existing customer discount on the new device (£97 inc tracked delivery) as I had a refunded purchase of the Penis Health (minus extender) plan which I cancelled due to delivery problems. I took them up on this offer and my new extender should be here by the end of the week!
Without this generous offer I would have been out of pocket completely because the noose has just got too painful to wear for long periods, and I have gone by the book erring on the side of caution always.
I was briefed about their own guarantee and delivery options then wished well with the new product.
I think this is an excellent customer service when, due to me being in a rather unfair situation and because I had liaised very amiably with them in the past, they offered something when they had no obligation to. I write this post partly to thank the Size Genetics team but to also recommend them highly to newcomers, these guys look after you and are extremely polite and helpful.
