Hi Guys

I'm about my third week into my routine and am looking to add a new exercise in.

Currently I'm doing the warm up and warm down, around 270-300 jelqs, and 20+ tension stretches.

Is the reverse jelq worthwhile to add?

Thanks,
Danny

P.S. Big Al, I know I'm paying for your consultation, but I just want to hear general opinions as well...

The reverse trap jelq helps balance the effects of the regular jelq. If you are able to keep a perfectly consistent tension and pressure over the entire length of the jelq stroke then there is no need to balance anything. The reverse trap jelq helps maintain the balance of the girth effects when you have problems maintaining consistent pressure.

As turtle stated it is very useful in adding base girth but not so much mid girth.
I was doing it for some time because it gives an unbelievable pump.
However I was surprised that despite all the exercises and huge pump I did not gain in my mid girth from it only in the base.

So I guess these people who invented these exercises knew what they were talking about huh?
It's also an advanced exercise as you have to be erect when you trap. So 3 weeks is not really long enough. I would wait until you've been consistently PE-ing for about 4-5 months.

Also I am a big fan of Jelqs and I am not against doing lots of them.
But after awhile it seems that more is not better.
After 3 months I would cut back your Jelqs to 200 and start doing Squeezes or another type of trapping girth routine. Check out the Ferrari Trio.

Regarding this fear of the "baseball bat" problem.
As turtle stated that as time goes on the baseball bat becomes less predominant. However the Reverse Jelqs work very quickly to eliminate it.
I wouldn't worry so much about the baseball bat until after you achieve your mid girth goals. Then if it has not self corrected, which I believe it will, you can use the Reverse Jelqs.

I do not know what you mean by tension stretches. Basically I'm just familiar with the terms used for the exercises on this site.

Could you be more specific including how much time one rep would be and if you're also using an extender.

Thanks,

Thanks for all your help man.

To answer your questions:

The Tension Stretch is one I got form Big Al, It's where you sit at the edge of something and hold your penis out for 10 seconds using the utmost tension and leaning back to get a full stretch and thus making it a very tense stretch. Also, you change directions, IE up, down, side to side. I hope that describes it well enough.

I do not use an extender.

Thanks Again,
Danny

Yes that's very clear. Wow sounds like a good stretch. I'll have to give it a try.
Maybe I should sign up and learn a few things from Big Al too! :)

Sounds like you got a good 20 minute workout going now.

Yesir, I think it is pretty good except jelqs haven't gotten me any girth gains, though they have made my penis veiner and stronger.

I'm gonna do the squeeze if I don't get results in two weeks.

This is not a have to but it's more like food for thought.

You can use your jelqs as a warm up to get the blood going good for trapping girth routines such as Squeezes.

I would do 200 and then try your Squeezes and see if it's too many jelqs or just right.

I will definitely try that.
