Ferrari's Pad has the original exercises which are good. I've out my variations in this forum (this section too) in a post called Variations on the Ferarri exercises.

Question. In Ferrari's length exercises, it is recommended to hold stretches (long schlongs) up to 10 mins at a time. This compared with PH's 15 sec holds has me thinking... What is better? One long extended hold, or several short 15 sec holds... Any input on this is appreciated :)

I have a lot of respect for Ferrari, and he has certainly taught me a great deal about PE. However, keep in mind that his site is a hobby site. What he has on his site are exercises that worked for him, but may not always work for everyone. Also, most of his exercises are high stress, intended for an experienced PE'er. I guess it's the "go big or go home" philosophy. There's a high chance of growth, but also injury.
The truth is, there are many different ways to do PE. The long holds and the 15 second holds probably both work. If you're torn between the two, I'd suggest going with PH. They are always around to answer your questions, and they are continually doing research to improve their already successful techniques.

PE is about learning what works for you , this forum is here ot combine all the PE knowledge and allow you to make gains...
P-H is there if u need it and is a brilliant starting point.. Ferraris variations are for more advanced.

pearce6 can you please direct me as to where the new link is and how to use the excersize.... also, i was jelquing in the shower today and i noticed that my penis was larger and hung better... but i have what seems to be little little blood blisters under neith the skin, 1 what is that from and how do i get rid of them, and 2 does that mean that my i should expect gurth growth or legnth growth, or is my work out too intense?
