since i started pe i've been doin mainly a girth routine. i wanna switch over to a length focused routine but don't wanna lose what i got- would my gains stay if i kept jelqing or do i have to do a cool down routine and then start a new routine for length? also does anybody have any good length exercises apart from whats mentioned on the site? thanks!

You should incorparate both length and girth exercises into your routine. I do at least two length and two girth exercises in each workout, this gives you some level symetry to your workout plan.
You wouldn't wouldn't want a long skinny dick or a short fat one??
The pressured shlong is a good one, or the long shlong is best for beginners then move up to the pressured shlong when your ready.

Any fulcrum stretch would work. The A-stretch is probably the best but you need a fairly long flaccid penis to be abel to do it properly. If you haven't been doing any real length work you should concentrate on working your ligs with the basic stretches.

I think you will keep your girth gains if you jsut keep jelqing but it might be a good idea to do at least one girth-based session each week for good measure.
