i have just recently started this program and am not sure if i'm doing the long shlong excersies right...i cannot tell if i am strething correctly or if i'm just stretching the skin...i am circumcised so there is no foreskin...does anybody have a tips on how to tell if your stetching the right way...also any tips on how to hold the head while doing the stretcing

You should grip the head just below the ridge of your glans(head), use an O grip around you penis using your index finger and thumb, if you have trouble with this grip then simply wrap you middle finger over the top of your index finger this will cause a tighter grip. As for direction straight out in front , to the left , right, up and down, it is best to stretch in all directions so your ligs will be stretched all around.

You should feel the stretch at the base of your penis, because that is what you're stretching are those ligaments connected at the base of your penis to the pubic bone. Hope this helps?
