Ive been doing the pc killer routine 2 to 3 times a week for couple a months now, but ive noticed my erections arnt has hard as they used to be and dont come about easily either. Could i be exhausting the pc muscle? My libido seems to have dropped also, lol im only 23 aswell, any views on what could be wrong. I dont think ive got erection problems or anything as i wake up with a morning pecker everyday if you know what i mean

I consider the pc killers to be an advanced exercise in that you should have experience doing the normal pc flexes for a good amount of time.

It sounds like you have overworked your pc.
Stop the killers and take a week off. Then do normal pc flexes at 50 a day, 5 sec per rep, increasing 50 every month.

When you're able to do about 300 hundred for a good period of time then start experimenting with the pc killer.

If i was to increase reps by 50 each month that would mean i should only try pc killer after 6months of pc flexes, that does seem to be a long time to wait, i no you have to stay committed and be patient.

I know that I am Mister Slow and Steady, 50 a month is even a little slow in my thinking. Anth is correct, in that you need to condition yourself, but you can move a little faster than that. What I have always recommended is increase 25 reps per week, and then hold at 300 for three to four weeks. If it feels like it is under control then move on to the PC KIller.

should i hold each flex for 5 seconds or should i just do normal flexes, doing 5 second holds and doing so many reps will take alot of time wouldnt it?

Each rep should be about 3 seconds. You can do them anywhere since it is flacid workout. Riding on the train, Driving the car, watching TV, whatever, just do them. Figure that 100 reps takes five minutes, and that is not very much of your day.

The basic movement is just as effective flacid. Erect has two advantages. If your not exactly sure if you are flexing the right thing, then starting erect, you can easily tell by the up and down movement when you flex. Once you know that you are doing it correctly, then this has no other advantage. The other advantage is if you want to add resistence to the exercise. Using your hand to provide resistence in the opposite direction of the flex does add some intensity to the exercise, but again it is not necessary to the PC flex with resistence.
