View Full Version : Maximum stretches and jelqs

Hiya guys,

Can anyone out there say what is the absolute number of stretches and jelqs one can do a workout session without overworking your dick. I do about 15 stretches (one minute each) and about 500 to 600 reps of jelq a workout session but sometimes I tend to think they are not enough for a fast growth. Everytime i go to the bathroom i do a stretch. What is is the number that one should absolutely not exceed? And what is all this about masturbation, some say it is harmful, others say it is good for the blood flow...what is correct? And lastly, if I miss a day of PE, can I do double sessions on the folliwing day, say AM and PM to catch up for the lost time? Thanks guys.

Nobody really knows this for sure. There's no proper research being done that looks at how hormonal changes affect PE results so we just can't say for sure. Both sides have points that seem valid from the theoretical background we have. Just decide for yourself.

There can't be any generalization about what is too much really. It's an individual thing and it will depend a lot on the intensity of the stretches and/or jelqs. As long as you notice no ill effects from your routine feel free to add to it. However, more is not always better.

Personally I think it's better to have a day off every now and then to let the tissues recuperate (and if you're thinking of expanding your routine you might need the extra rest) but a lot of the older PE programs (from 1996-98) recommended doing PE every day.

ebon is right u have to do what works for you, its that simple. PE is all about finding what works for you, we can give you guidelines but then by using this forum and experiementing with your workouts u will find out what works for you... :)
