View Full Version : Question about frequency/Method of PC Flexes

I keep reading that you should be doing 200ish PC Flexes daily. Ok so I've got a question, so far I've only been doing the PC Flexes during my workouts, so between exercises I'll do some and then some at the end.

Using the routine from p-h.com it says to do them while erect but people are talking about doing 200 a day and it'll be awefully tough to keep it up that long, especially if your at work, etc. Will it work just as well if you hold it for 3 seconds say while sitting at a computer working? Is that the same idea or am I missing something?

Erect is easier becuase you get a visual cue when doing them. But you can do them anytime, anyplace. I tend to do a few every time I browse this board... :p

Cool thats what I thought. Guess I'll have to start doing them regularly here and there, maybe during meetsing at work, it'll help the time fly :)

I usually do mine after my workouts, at least 200 reps in sets of 10, on the 10th one I hold it for 10 seconds. Sometimes later that day I'll get it up and do long PC holds aided by gripping the penis at the base and holding for 10-15 seconds each, this does wonders for my girth. Just remember, your day off is a day of rest from everything, you don't want to wear it out.

Thanks for the suggetions Hardin, being in only my 2nd week I think i'll stick with the basic PC Flex but I'll keep that in mind. I definetly need to start doing more during the day, today is my day off though so I'll start tomorrow :)
