Hi! I'm wondering whether the best penis exercise routine (for length and girth) is an EVERYDAY routine, or an EVERY OTHER DAY day routine. Can some of the experienced members (those who've done penishealth exercises for some time and seen considerable gains) let me know what they think about this?

I've been doing penishealth exercises every OTHER day, to give my penis a day of rest. Is this good or bad for my gains? Am i losing out by going a day without exercises?

Do some research and you will find. 3 on 1 off and 2 on 1 off for a weekly routine.

ok, I'm going to make this my routine:

Monday- Wednesday ON
Thursday OFF
Friday-Saturday ON
Sunday OFF
