Hello everyone - I'm new to the forum. I made a half-ass attempt at PE last year but never really followed through with it.

I've gotten to the point where I put myself in situations where I can often get laid but I still want that extra bit of confidence of being above average (right now I'm about 5 1/2 maybe 5 3/4 long - I've never measured girth but I think I'm definitely on the skinny side).

Anyway - I've read through the exercises and I'm pretty sure I understand the basic principals.

Here's my question - while dating my last girlfriend I had a problem with ED - the first time we bedded down I was drunk and couldn't get it up, the second time I got limp (while putting condom on) and couldn't get it back up. This really bothered me so I bought these stay-hard bands I found on the internet. Basically they're thick rubber-bands you put on the base of your cock that keeps the blood in.

I only used them once (got my confidence backaftre that) but I distinctly rememeber my g/f saying to me while I was banging her "I love it when you're so hard inside of me". COme to think of it, it was the only time she ever really said anything during sex (she wasn't much of a talker).

Anyway, these bands aren't the most comfortable things but they do have the effect of making your cock really swell up - the blood gets trapped in there - if I remember correctly I pretty much stayed hard until I took the thing off.

My question is do you think this would be something to add to a PE regimen? - as it basically expands and hardens your cock more than normal. The stretches and jelqs are designed to do this but these bands bascially do this from the "inside".

I was thinking of maybe working myself to an erection and then putting the bands on for 10 -20 min once a day.

What do you guys think?

i like the concept , give it a go and report back ? after 7-14 days. I do know some of our members use bands like this when they do the jelq and such exercises to keep blood trapped in the penis.

I hadn't thought of this, I recently bought a pair of cock rings, they're very stretch rubber but seem to work. I've only used it once but it held very well.

I know the point of the jelq, horizontal movement, etc was to keep the blood and recycle it and it does seem like this would help in that regard.

Good idea. Maybe tag it onto the end of your regular routine for a while. I would say that 10-20 min is far too long though. You'll need to get some circulation going now and then just to be on the safe side. Start off with two 5-min "holds" for the first few times. Then you can move up either the time or the amount of "holds".

Internet -

I think they're called "stay-erect" - do a google search.

They sent two sizes - small and large - the small ones are super tight! -even on my below avg pecker.

Hi there, this sounds interesting.
There is a potentially more useful product out there which does the same thing. It's kinda adjustable- if you imagine a band a bit like a standard rubber/plastic cock ring, but one part slides through the other, (bit like a noose or slip knot). You just pull on each end to get the most comfortable fit, to do the job. Its easier to get on or off too. A mate of mine an ex-marine did some strip shows a while back, and he used to use one.
These are available in my local sex shop, so I guess you could get one in most cities. Dont know if they have a fitting service though!:D
