im doing jelq then jelq and hold then horizontal. Then i do 2 hours of the size genetics. Can anyone tell me what i can do to change my exercise routine so that i have more chance of getting improvements. Maybe 2 or 3 new exercises.PLus does my doing 2 hours a day with the size genetics going to make any inpact .Many thanks
