hi
im a newbie to this forum so please excuse me if this question has been asked before
i was looking at the pre set work outs for beginners which can last up to 40mins,my question is would it be possible to break down the workout so that i did the first excerise on the list then a few hours later did the next and so on through out the day, or do i need to do all the excerises one after the other up to 40 mins
the reason im asking is that if i dissapear into the bathroom for 40mins the wife will be wondering what the hell im doing and i really dont want to tell her( i want her to experience the wow factor in a few months)does any one else stagger the workout or would it affect the quick gains ,thanks

I think that it would be more beneficial to do all the exercises at once. If nothing else you don't have the hassle of warming up more than once. That said, you can break it down. I currently separate my stretching and my jelqing/trapping which seems to be going fine (can't say for sure until a few weeks though). If the only way you can get the work in is by breaking it down into more manageable pieces then do it. It's better to do that than to not do anything.

ebon is correct i would advise doing all at the same time afterall you do not want to do several warm ups do you? The PC exercises can be doen at any time mind ya.
