My name is Highlander and I have been a member of Mens-Network for about 2.5 months now. I will post a total workout routine that allowed me to gain 1.5 cm in length in four weeks and 0.7 cm in width a and also increased the size and thickness of the head.
I will try to put every ounce of knowledge concerning PE and physical fitness in here.
First of all understand that when you want to increase the size of your penis you need to understand why you want to do this. If it is because you desire it, then that is a good reason and will keep you motivated. If you want to do this because of someone else than that is the wrong reason. Your partner should accept you as you are, that is what real love is all about. In order to get great gains you need to make a plan and stick to it. If your a busy person you will need to plan your workouts. Also it may help to write down your reasons for doing PE and read them everyday. Be specific about the results you want (be realistic as well) and write those down. For example write down I will gain 2 cm in length in 8 weeks time and I will gain 0.5 cm in width in four weeks.
Measure were you are and where you want to be after the mentioned training period. This will keep you motivated. Also keep a log of your training exercises and the amount of time and the intensity of your workout. If you gain faster than anticipated, change your goals, if you are not gaining fast enough then you can look at your training routine and quickly see what you need to do to get better results. Of course you will also need to spend time on finding out more information about PE and need to understand that your training routine is your training routine and that you need to develop a training routine that works for you. Also don't expect to gain an inch in three weeks or three inches in two months, This is highly unlikely and self-defeating behaviour. PE WORKS but it takes time and HARD work in order to be successful. My first months my workouts lasted for over an hour, three days on and one day of.
I was surprised by how quickly I gained.
Also it may be a good idea to workout next to doing PE, if you want to get in excellent shape. I advise you to take a look at the body for life program at the Mens-Network fitness area. Then there is the question of whether to use the penis pills or not, I don't think you need them for great gains. However I will admit to using some for the first six weeks, I don't know whether they worked or not. I do know that I gained quickly during that period. I also know that I gained quickly after I gave up using those pills. It depends on how you look at PE/ Before I became a member of Mens-NEtwork I was ripped of for 50 dollars by another site. Personally I kind of laugh about it because it is a small amount of money for a much bigger dick I see it all as a kind of fun experiment which I did not believe to be possible at first.
NOW on to the routine.
Start with four minutes of hot wrapping, the water needs to be hot, not to hot but hot nonetheless. (this warm-ups better than taking a shower!
Then I do the blood bending warm-up, grab the base of your semi erect penis flex your pc muscle to pump in the blood. squeeze the base HARD and use your other hand to bend forwards, for 12 seconds and to the left for 12 seconds and to the right for 12 seconds. Do this routine 3 times with your left hand at the base and then switch it around and do it 3 times. There are a few variations, you can do the 12 seconds bending while flexing your pc muscle (not for beginners) and you can also do the bending while using your free hand to squeeze the blood out of the head and into the middle and then make sure that for those 12 seconds the blood cannot go back into the head by squeezing with both hands. This can also be combined with the pc flex. (not for beginners)
In between the reps do short and quick rest periods of 15 seconds, release the tension in your squeeze hand a little so that you can flex your pc muscle and pump more blood in. Do this exercise with a semi erect penis. It is a very good warm-up exercise and great for girth.
Also remember to switch hand because we want to increase girth on both side of the penis so that it remains symmetric. Next stand and shake your dick loosely and rest for 50 seconds and go on to do the jelq. Make sure you stand and get a semi erect penis. Also make sure you have a porn movie on so that you can maintain the semi erect penis some will have trouble with this if they don't. Use a good lubricant that stays wet during the exercise.
Rub it on your dick and balls and if you have a lot of hair than rub it bit of it on that too. Grab the base of the penis and squeeze hard and put your other hand in front of it. You need to understand that you need to jelq HARD in order to get good results, don`t stroke it like a cat. Immediately after you start stroking use the other hand to grab the base hard. This will cause a double pump of blood. Also don`t just jelq with the ring, use your WHOLE HAND. This combined with the double pump effect will make your dick huge. one stroke should last between 2and 5 seconds and doing this will cause your arm muscles to be sore after those 20 mins. and you will be sweating, hey if you want results you gotta work hard. I prefer to stand and focus on the jelqing and think about the results while doing it. Tip have a cup of water nearby so you can take a quick sip without loosening the grip at the base of course.
Put a towel underneath your feet so that the sweat does not fall on the floor and your feet remain dry. pause for a minute and shake that thing, if done properly it will be a lot bigger and you will have bloodspots in the beginning, do not worry they will go away. Now on to the stretching routine, I do the long shlong 20 seconds to the front, 20 to the left and 20 to the right. I use an overhead grip. with one hand. Variations are to do the strecht slights pulling downward, very effective and the more advance would be to really pull it downward so that it almost seems as if your hand is pulled into your dick this allows for great pressure. Do the long shlong 7 sets and rest 30 sec in between and don't forget to massage the head a bit because it will look a bit thinner because of the stretch. Do this after the jelq because your penis will already be bigger. Also remember to take the lube of your dick and hands or else it will be to slippery.
Now I do the Ferrari head squeeze and here to I have modified it slightly. Grab the base of your semi erect penis with one hand and flex the pc so a lot of blood goes into it.use an overhead grip with the other hand near the base hand. Your thumb should be closest to the base. squeeze with the first finger HARD for 5 seconds then the second for five sec and the third and the fourth in the same manner. Don't forget to squeeze hard at the base as well. This will BALLOON your head big time when you have all fingers gripping your penis hold it for 25 seconds. This also increases length and girth.. Loosen the base squeeze and pump in more blood rest for 30 secs. You can massage your head a little to keep it semi erect. do this 7 or 8 times if you are advanced.
After this rest for one minute and do the head squeeze, grab the base and repeat the same procedure of flexing the pc muscle, however for this exercise you need a full erect penis. Hold the base and make a small circle with the other hand about 1 cm and push down ove the head of your penis, use lube and push the blood into the middle. Your girth will balloon and hold for 30 secs when your hand is underneath the head. do this 8 times.
Rest for a minute and get an erection and do pub flexes for example I did 9 sets of twenty and the last one i would hold for either 10,15 or 20 seconds depending on how advanced you are. You can also do the pubs at another time for example when you are in the train. You do not necessarily need a full erection for these and a warm-up is not needed either It can save you time. Cool down with a hot wrap do this for about 5 mins if you can a slightly longer cool down will speedup your gains, And if possible do this instead , take a shower and take the shower head into your hand, make sure that the water is hot (not to hot but hot ) hold you penis and make sure that you have your fingers placed directly over the head. So that you will not get the hot water on your head directly. Spray hot water over your penis for five minutes, this is a much more effective cooldown.
If there are times that you miss a workout that is to bad, but don't make yourself crazy about missing one, no one is perfect. After a while you might find out that you have reached a plateau. Take a few weeks rest, my penis gained 0.5 cm in length when I stopped this very intensive program and my girth has remained as well. Also remember to eat healthy. It might be a good thing to take a whey protein shake after a workout. It gave me the feeling that I gained quicker and even if it did not help those proteins helped me gain more muscle from working out in the gym. And of course if you do the jelqing right your arms will have become bigger as well.
