Premature ejaculation nasal spray?

Hi guys, im 21 and I suffer from premature ejaculation. Last night I was masturbating and at the same time I was singing a song to take my mind off any sexual thoughts and I still ejaculated within 1-2 minutes. Also the other week i was having sex with this girl and I came within 4 minutes and she goes hold it next next time. But the thing is i cannot. I just cum and cannot do anything to stop it.

Ive been doing pc flexes for some time but it doesnt seem to be helping me.

Ive heard and read about nasal spray deliver. If anyone has used any kind of nasal spray:
*Are they effective? Or are they a gimmick?
*How long are you use the spray for? Is is forever?
*Do they cost heaps?

never heard of nasal sprays for premature ejaculation.i have heard of climax control which is a desensitising lotion you can find in the bathroom of just about any local tavern.then again a good couple shots of jack may calm you down enough to give her some whiskey dick.

have u tried jacking off before you have sex with your female partner? In most cases you will last longer in bed but maintaining an erection during intercourse could be harder as well.
