View Full Version : Besides the excercises, what else?

Basically I'm just seeing if I can assemble ideas/tips on what else one should do to increase the effectiveness and results of the PE excercises.

Here are some ideas that I have (some may help some may not) - please feel free to criticize and add your own.

1) make sure to take a day off here and there to give your dick time to heal (3 days on, 1 off seems to be the most popular)

2) do not masturbate a few hours before or after exercising

3) maintain a healthy diet, get plenty of sleep (to promote healing) and workout (to raise testosterone levels) - a buddy of mine told me that if I wanted to have a bigger upper body to make sure I remembered to work my legs as this raises testosterone levels and helps fuel muscle growth

4) don't forget cardio - heathly circulatory system will only help

5) quit/minimize smoking and drinking (obvious reasons)

6) protein shakes? not sure if this would do anything but I'm sure it can't hurt (should help tissue repair and add to "gains")

7) penis pills - add to circulation to your dick - doubt they would do anything on their own but many say they add to the effectiveness of the exercises

8) mind over matter - may seem trivial but while excercising envision your dick growing and becoming longer and wider

any other suggestions?

I think that about covers it. The only one I don't practice is number 8. I tend to focus more on the task at hand than on where I want to be. Has worked well for me. But I know some people who swear by visualization.

Well, weather you visualize it growing or not if you stick with it it will grow. mentally I think you have to remain positive because if you don't you'll have problems reaching your goals.

for people who want to maximize their efforts and those that have reached a plateau..

One extra point i would add to the list, WARMUPS AND WARM DOWNS are very important.

Amen to that. I even suggest doing some hot-wraps on your days off just to stimulate blood flow.
