Which pc excercise is better to do doing the normal 200-300 jelqs or doing the pc killer excercise?

Which pc excercise is better to do doing the normal 200-300 jelqs or doing the pc killer excercise?

Jelqing will not help stamina nearly as much as "PC Killers", since jelqing isn't really considered a stamina exercise.
