I was just wondering if it would be ok for me to do my exercises from monday through thursday no breaks, then taking my 2 off days on friday and saturday then continuing again on sunday. Basically I wanna know if the whole 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off thing is flexible? What if I were to miss a day because I had a busy day or if I spent the night at a buddies house and was unable to do my PE exercises?

You know what the real trick is set up a schedule and follow it as best you can. You miss a day, then you miss a day, it happens to everyone, but try to be consistent. My routine was PE on Tues, Wed, Thur, and then Sat. and Sun. Most weeks I followed that and occasionally things happened that I didn't. All that you can do is try your best to have a consistent pattern. An old mod used to like a PE on Mon through Fri and then take the weekend off. He managed to do OK with that pattern, but again, he stuck with it and was consistent.
