hi Everyone,

i just want to start my exercise and uhmm i find something hard for me..

everytime I try to do the exercises.. i always get full erections :(
eventhough I dun use my imaginations

its that a problem coz i saw the video ; seems it supposed half errect.

anyone can help me ??

and also can I do it while I am on the bath tub ??

and its that ennough to spend 20 minutes per day for the 1st week

For the stretch it isn't recommnded to be erect. Those need to be done flaccid. For the jelq it's fine, in my opinion more productive even. I suggest you take your time between stretches to allow things to "cool off" so that you can stretch again.

20 min is maybe a little on the low side but you can start there. 10 min of stretches and 10 min of jelqs should allow you to build a base which you can expand on later.

Not sure about doing stretches jelqs in the bathtub. You need to get a pretty good grip for stretches and if you're wet that might not work too well. For jelqing I recommend some kind of lubrication and that usually doesn't go too well with water either. Try it out though, if you can do the exercises properly in the bath then by all means do so.
