hello,

i re-started pe-ing about a week ago with the 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off.
My program is as follows:

5 min warm wrap
stretch in each direction for 15 seconds
100 standard jelqs (mix of 50 with jelq device and 50 with hand)
7-10 horizontals
3-6 uli
stretch in each direction for 15 seconds
5 min warm wrap + shower

As you can see, my main goal is girth. I usually have a pretty intense workout, but i try not to go too crazy just yet, since i'm only about a week in and i've incorporated an advanced workout in there.
I've done PE before a couple times in the last few years for like a month straight and didn't have much dedication in there, but one thing I do remember is that my penis was more swollen after the workout than it is now. After a workout now, my penis is only slightly swollen and very red (of course), but the swelling doesn't last very long. Is this alright? I do have (after the last workout especially)red dots after sometimes. I've read about a bunch of people having really swollen members and how it really feels like they accomplished something. I don't have nearly as much I'm imagining. Also, please let me know if my workout seems alright and if I should experience solid gains if I stay dedicated. Thankssss...

The soreness is natural with everyone's knob.Depending how intense you do it. Mine goes red and looks like it's going to explode with the amount of blood rushing to the head when doing girth exercises.
As for the routine go easy since it's been a while THEN build up moderately.
