i tell u to send me a link on how to get a refund and u dont give me nothing if you dont like giving people refunds you should just say you dont give refunds. not lie and give fake links (everytime i call your hotline), give me a hard time send me a useless private messages i told you guys in a private message to send me a link on how to get a refund and you give me nothing. u tell me u dont handle that but before you told me to send you a private message. and while all this time took place my 6 months are almost running out.

let me guess if you have all the information i need and the refund goes through u would probably send it back because there was something i did not do right.

i am so hurt my penis was in pain i had to go through the doctor to check it out. and now i am screwed by u guys and u wont send me my refund. now i im hundreads of dollar short and i have nothing to show for it. thank you permuda sizegenetics or who ever u claim u r. i would do watever it takes to enlarge my penis no matter wat cause and for months i saved money for this product and i got nothing almost a full year of false hope u broke for refund policy which i think is very shitty anyway. u guys broke ur refund promise and u broke results promise

I am sorry that you are unhappy, I can advise that we have spoken regarding your refund request and have also provided the refund link.

In our last PM at the start of May, you asked if all you info is correct. I advised that with the information we have you can apply for a refund but you would need to do this within a month or you would be outside of your money back guarantee period.

I also advised that I would not be able to go into details about the actual refund as we are not apart of the refunds department so I am unable to say if you will or will not get a refund until a refund request is submitted.

I am also showing that you did speak to me on the 22nd of April requesting information on a refund and at that point you was given the refund link in which you can use to submit a refund.

You can also get this link through the terms and conditions which is on every single page of the website.

As advised on this forum several times to you, the forums is not always quick for replies for support from people that work for Permenda due to email support and phone support, which is why you have been advised several times to either e-mail us or contact us via phone.

As I have personally given you the refund link and also personally advised you to submit a refund within 1 month or else the refund would be out of the 6 months. I would have presumed you would have submitted a request for a refund, if not then our phone number is just above the forums if you did again need that information.
