Hello everyone! I have a quick question and I would be glad if someone could give me some hints :)
I have been using the Size Genetics device as the main part of my PEs for one month now for approximately 4 hours each day. I haven't seen any results yet so i decided to start some Jelqing exercises too. My question is: When should I do the Jelqing exercises? Before or after using the extender? And if it is before, should I rest for a bit (say 30 minutes) before wearing the device to give my penis some time to rest? Or is it maybe better to do the Jelqs in the morning and proceed with the extender routine in the afternoon?

Hello mate,
I've read a couple of threads on the forum as I've wondered about the same thing...from what I can gather various experinced guys have recommended doing your girth work (manual) first then followed by the SG...not really sure about the wait to be honest, I'm new to it all to but I personall am doing the beginner routine 10 mins then go straight into the SG for 4 hrs a day (1 hr stages)....Hope this kinda helps

Let me share another weird thing with you in case you have some good advice!
After I do the extender routine for 4 hours, I warm down for 5-10 minutes and go to sleep. However, very soon after the warm down, my penis tissues seem to contract instead of relax in an extended state and I seem to be going to sleep in this state, thus resulting in improper healing.
The result is that I seem to have lost some erect length, which may sound weird since the purpose of the extender is to lengthen the penis and not shorten it. It's as if the penis has lost it's elasticity with all the stretching and I fear that the contracted tissues after the use of the extender is the problem.
Has anyone else faced this situation? Is there anything I can do so that the penis heals in the extended state after the exercises?
Any help would be appreciated :)

i don't use the extender but i think it's just part of the natural healing process.i only do manual exercises but after my routine i'm definately engorged with more blood.after i warm down i always lose a lot of my pump but i'm still larger in the flacid state.remember this takes time.if you go to the gym and workout you feel pumped up for a while afterward but then you lose the pump but your muscles will still grow.same thing applies to PE.maybe you can reschedule your workout times a few hours before your bedtime so you can keep the blood flowing in the engorged state instead of when your body is at it's most relaxed.

You should do some stamina work like kegels or towel raises prior to your cool downs. That way, you'll pump more blood into the penis. If the problem is really bad, popping a PSP immediately after you're done with the extender will help.
