I basically have been trolling this site for 3 months now. now onto the real stuff. I first started back in November of 2006. I bought vimax pills after 6 months I was looking better. I wanted more so I started or exercises mainly the jelq. then I got into size genecitcs.

girth 3.0

el 6.25
girth 4.25
now as of 3 months on size genectices and pe
el 7.25
girth 4.5
goal
el 8.5. to 9.0
girth 5 to 6

Wow that's really good.
You've gained almost 3 inches in length and 1.5 in girth.
What's your program like ie: days, type of workout, length of reps ect.
Obviously you have been very diligent and others could gain from your experience.

first off this is not your beginer routine. its a easy one though only uses 2 exercises. start with normal warmup. I usually do this in the shower. then I do 300 jelqs the first set is 100 quick with light pressure. the second is 100 with moderate pressure. and last 100 is heavy pressure with squeezing head after each stroke. each set the stroke gets slower. then I go into a straight 4 hour session of size genicts at max tension. do not attempt max tension before you work up to it. then when I am done I repeat the jelqs sessions. I do this twice a day only on weekdays I rest on weekends. I do pc flexs and the pc killer when I can usually about 10 times a day.

did I get this right, you do 1200 jelqs in a day?

correct trust me I get the tired penis syndrome. I just quit for a day inbetween and then I'm back to it the next day. but yes I do 1200 jelqs a day I do more pc flexes than jelqs that it what will give me the tired penis syndrome.
