Hi,

I joined penishealth and been doing mostly scholog and the jelg. I am after increases in size and girth as well as control ejaculation. I am also doing the pc flex but find by the time I do 5 reps, I loose erection. Does this happen to others? Am I doing it right?

Also, I am struggling to develop a daily program of exercises.

Has anyone got a daily routine they could share so I can have an idea? All help is greatly appreciated.

You'll be able to keep an erection after some practice. Expect it to take some time though.

As a member of PH, why aren't you following the routines outlined in the member's area?
