Hi all,

I've just purchased the Size Genetics device a few hours ago and should be expecting it at my door with 5-6 days. Until then, I received access to the Penis-Health website and these forums and I wanted to get a kick-start on my goal with the Size Genetics device by asking you all advice, tips, info and help about a problem of mine: Curvature of the penis.

Unlike most people, I didn't buy the Size Genetic device for length and/or girth as I'd like to think I'm okay in that department. Instead, I've bought it for correcting curvature--something of which the site has claimed to fix, to some degree (HA!) I don't have Peyronie's Disease but instead just a natural curve (genetics... what can ya do?). The degree of my curve, to me anyways, is more 'extreme' than I'd like it. I understand that most men have some degree of curvature in their penis' but mine is a bit more angled than most and it has cause me a bit of distress on multiple levels.

Anyways, I refuse to have surgery done (costs too much and that's the last thing I'd want done to my pride n' joy) so Size Genetics is the safest solution and quite possible my last hope to fixing this problem.

With that said, is there anyone else here on these forums who has had or has my current dilemma (whether it's natural of Peyronie's)? If so, did you use Size Genetics and was it effective? I hate to say it but my life is extremely busy thanks to countless things going on with my life and I don't see any downtime coming in the near future so doing stretching/pulling exercises is out of the question, for now. (That's why I ordered the Size Genetics device--so I can continue on with my day uniterrupted while fixing my 'problem'.)

Finally, could anyone please direct me to any pre-existing threads relating to curvatures and fixes/results using the Size Genetics device? (My apologies, there was no specific forum dedicated to this issue and I couldn't find a search function on the site to look for them myself.)

Sorry to double-post but the Edit Save/Go Advance script is not working--IE says there's an error in it. Not off to a good start, huh? (Just found out: Internet Explorer won't save the changes or "Go Advanced" on an Edited post but FireFox seems to do it just fine.)

----------------------------------------------------

When I was first looking around these forums I did not see that search link anywhere but now it magically appeared! (I'm familiar with vBulletin's forum layouts, too!) The search proved successful. If anyone would like to testify or comment about their curvature corrections here too that'd be great. Some positive words about
what I should expect tailored to my individual problem would be awesome. Here's some info:

Length: 8"
Girth: 5.25"
Curve: 50° (From the left. Curvature starts near middle of shaft and ends at tip.)

Thanks.

Well, I received my Jes Extender four days ago and have been using it since day one. For now, I've only been using it for four hours a day during the afternoon (when I know I'll have at least four hours of alone time in my house as I find wearing this thing while physically active is hard to do--that, and I'm afraid of it slipping out and having to re-adjust it in a public bathroom/setting). I try to wear it all the way through the four hours but find myself taking 1 or 2 breaks during the process. This is usually because I'm paranoid of it slipping which results in me replacing my penis in the device in a more secured state.

I've actually had little to no problems with it so far. Very little discomfort if any at all. The biggest problems I have stem from me trying to put it on in the first place. I found if your pubic hair is so long the hair can get caught up in the mechanical parts of the device thus pulling the hairs which hurt! Like wise, because I have a curved penis (which is why I bought this--to fix it) I have to be extra careful that one side of my penis isn't touching/rubbing the arms of the device as I pull it back to secure my head into place as I've pinched my skin a few times already and I have a small injury to prove it (OUCH!).

Anyway, besides those issues I haven't found any problems wearing it. My tip does get a bit colder and it turns every-so-slightly greyish-blue on the underside of the head but nothing I've felt that will put me or my member in danger. (After all, when you're tightening a strap around anything on your body it's to be expected that blood circulation will be less frequent on those areas which will result in those side effects.)

Another underlying problem I've had is being on the border of pre-mature ejaculation. I can have intercourse for about 5-7 minutes but that's it. I'm not sure if this is considered too short, too long or whatever but it's a time that I'm not satisfied with. I'm hoping that the Jes help with this problem as well.

My plan is to wear the device for four hours this week and probably next week. Once I pick up on a routine that suits me best and am 100% sure I can handle the current stretch/length/time I wear the device I am planning to start wearing it at night while sleeping for around eight hours. Even though the device doesn't hurt or bother me I do feel uneasy and uncomfortable wearing out in public and can't dismiss my paranoia of it slipping out while walking/moving.

More to come in a while from now including pictures whenver I see noticable changes.

Hi Silverpen,

I got the SG extender for the same reasons as you only more so.

About 9 months ago I suffered an injury to my man-parts playing sport and to cut a long story short I have been diagnosed with Peyronies and a pretty extreme curve of about 70 degrees.

My Urologist has offered surgery - a Nisbet procedure which basically is a surgically inflicted injury to the other side of the curve to balance it up. This results in a smaller organ and with the possibilities of infection, MRSA and the risk of nerve damage and it never working again I've turned this down.

The SG extender looks like it may be the answer. I've only been using it for a week so in the interests of science I'll keep posting the forum to report on progress. I'm not looking for fast results but any improvement would be welcome.

I'm sorry about your predicament Airsporter but hopefully we can help each other (and other lurkers who may be afraid to post) with some useful advice as to how SG will help our curvatures.

Oh, and I told myself no matter how bad my curve may be I would never, ever do surgery. The risks (and cost) are too great and aren't guaranteed (plus you'll have a huge scar from the incision afterwards along with a shorter member). It just isn't worth it.

Anyway, I thought I should post an update:

Since I got my SG I immediately started off with two full rods on each side (my flaccid penis is usually between 4 to 5 1/2") and have kept it on that length since. Instead of rushingly attaching more rods I've instead increased the amount of time I wear it instead. After all, I'm not looking for quick results but slow, steady, safe and permanent ones. Anyway, as of now I wear it anywhere between 6-8 hours, usually 7 though.

I wear it at night when I sleep, believe it or not! Yes, I have found a way to wear it while sleeping with no problems. As I've mentioned before, the comfort strap doesn't bother me at all nor does it pose any risks to my head/tip. Also, the base of the unit (that presses against your pelvis) isn't bad at all.

Anyway, I always sleep on my stomach/side and never my back so this is why I can wear it while sleeping. Though I prefer to sleep on my side, I've made a conscious effort to doze off on my back for added comfort (whenever I sleep on my side I have to put one of my arms/hand underneath the device to 'prop' it up so it doesn't bend in an odd direction which would be uncomfortable). I can go the full 6-8 hours without a break because, as stated, I barely feel I have it on and there's virtually no pain. (I do give my penis a good stretch at the current settings as well.)

The only problem is if I have an erection during the night. Whenever this happens, my penis expands (of course) and the comfort strap's tightness feels like my member is being strangled. I either man it out and wait for the erection to subside or I temporarily take it off--either way it doesn't happen that often.

Now this is the bad/weird part: This past week I've had two pimples in my groin area. A huge one on the backside of my scrotum and another on my stomach, just above the penis. I've never, ever had pimples down there before and I can only guess I started getting them because of the device. My guess is, whenver I sleep I may sweat a bit causes the device to get 'dirty'. As a result, I have to clean it every now and then (just the plastic parts, that is, and NOT the metal parts).

Well, I purposely haven't done any measurements yet because I feel it's still too soon and I don't want to disappoint myself. However, visually, it LOOKS bigger/better. I'm not sure about length but my girth has proved to be a tiny bit 'meatier' now and my curve seems to be slightly, ever-so-slightly better. And you know what? Considering it's only been about a month and there was about a week where I didn't wear it at all I'm very happy with what's been done so far.

I don't expect my curve to be fully fixed from the SG (though that'd be nice) but as long as I can get it below 20-15 degrees then I'll be happy.

Oh! Since I've been using it my erections are rock-hard (a lot harder) and my member is a heck of a lot veinier. At first I didn't like all the veins protruding out but it's slowly growing on me. I'm sure the texture of the bulging veins will be a treat to the ladies as well.

I'll keep updating when appropriate and I hope you do the same too, Airsporter. Stick with it as I want to see both of our problems fixed to any extent!

Good to know that you're getting results so soon Silverpen - it's very encouraging.

I've been using the SG for almost 4 weeks now and can use it daily for up to 7 hours. I started using Big Al's newbie routine of split sets and this seems to work best for me. My next goal is to go to 8 hours daily using 4 sets of 2 hour durations with 2 hour breaks between, e.g. SG used from 07:00 - 09:00 then rest until the next set from 11:00 - 13:00 etc. It seems to me that the important thing is the daily hours of traction rather than the time each individual traction lasts. I'm thinking that 4 sets of 2 hours with rest gaps will be better than one session of 6 hours straight.

I've tried using the SG for up to 3.5 hours do but at that point it got too uncomfortable so I'm hoping to build endurance by using the split set routine and to increase the hours I use it. I'm in no rush and want to fix things slowly and safely without injury.

So far I'm using 1 long rod plus the smallest rod on each side and I wind out the adjustments to around 1 inch so the upper and lower threads begin to show. I find this gives a good stretch without being painful.

I'm not going to measure until I've been using the SG for 3 months as I think this will be a reasonable period for the first benchmark re improvements to curve but I've certainly noticed that erection strength and frequency has already increased. Whether this is down to the SG or just an increased focus on the man parts is not clear yet.

I'm aiming to use the SG overnight eventually for convenience and to get up to around 12 hours traction daily. I use it under a suit when travelling work and find it doesn't "stick out" or cause major difficulties. The only problem so far has been the inability when wearing the SG to bend easily - if your shoelace comes undone then it's a problem to re-tie it. But apart from that it's been relatively trouble free so far.

I'll keep you posted on progress and hope your successes continue.

I completely agree with you that wearing it less each session but doing more sessions throughout the day is an ideal way to go. However, do you find it uncomfortable to wear while being active? I can never shake the fear that the device will slip while I'm out and about. Let alone, every time I sit down I have to grab the device and adjust it so I'm either not sitting on it or so it doesn't pinch me in any way (something which would be ackward to do in public).

Anyway, how easy has it been for you to wear it while continuing on with your daily routines?

Also, when I first got the device it recommends only stretching your penis a few centimeters than normal in its flaccid state. I tried it for the first night or two but felt no stretching/anything down below. I found that in order for me to make my time wearing it worthwhile I usually have to stretch it at least 1/2" - 1" more. I have yet to find any problems with doing like this. Are you the same in this manner? Like you, I'm not wanting to rush this delicate process but was surprised about how much more I had to stretch my flaccid penis to feel anything at all.

So far wearing the SG while going to work at the office has not been too difficult. I'm always aware I have it on but have even managed to run for a bus while wearing the SG (though at reduced speed!). I think it's unlikely it would fall off unless some more extreme manouevres were attempted like maybe playing football or other active sports.

I manage to climb stairs and to sit down/stand up albeit with a bit more care and awareness in order to avoid discomfort. By adjusting the SG to point downwards it's pretty much invisible under trousers. Like you I have to move it around on sitting down but as I have a deskjob it's not really a problem as I'm not constantly up and down.

Regarding what you said in your post about the sweating/pimple problem have you tried wrapping surgical gauze around the white nylon parts? This could allow airflow/sweat absorbtion and reduce the problem. I found that when wearing the SG for 3.5 hours it can get tender in the groin with the constant pressure but the limiting factor is usually the discomfort from the strap at that point.

I have managed to increase SG time to 8.5 hours daily by 2X 2 hours and 15 minutes and 2X 2 hours with 2 hour rests between. That mostly takes up the entire day but I'll see how reducing the rest period works out in the next few weeks.

The degree of stretch I use is about 1.25 inch longer than flaccid. I have tried increasing beyond this but the pain warns me that this is not the way to go. Slow and steady is how I think the SG should be used. I can't see the point of getting injuries that prevent both use of the cock and use of the SG! :D
