Hey all im back after pretty long lay off been doing pe but not to much maybe 2 days week but ive been off on projects away so time was major issue. Anyway im ready to get back into this again and hit it hard im only looking for 1 inch in length then i be happy

anyway by routine months back consisted of following

am
downward stretch 10 mins 30 secs rep
Pressured Shlong 18 rep @ 30 secs rep
Heli 20 reps at 15 sec rep
warm down

pm
girth
150 jelq 4 sec rep
50+ squeezes
5 - 10 uli's moving up inch then flexing the pc muscle this give much bigger pump hold
for 25 sec rep
warm down

Anyway i need some advice im not getting on with the pressured shlong as i have to much skin i tried the pen idea but not working for me so changing it for the DLD's Bundled Tunica Stretch to im thinking of working up to the following routine: -

am
downward stretch 10 mins 30 secs rep
DLD's Bundled Tunica Stretch 20 reps @ 20 secs rep
Heli 20 reps at 15 sec rep
warm down

pm
girth
150 jelq 4 sec rep i do this many as my dick tires easy so doing 150 i can get my sqeezes
and uli in with lots of intensty
50+ squeezes
5 - 10 uli's moving up inch then flexing the pc muscle this give much bigger pump hold
for 25 sec rep

how does this routine sound guys to reaching my goal of 1 inch of length im doing 3on 1 off 2 on 1 off any advice appreciated as always!?

Thanks for your response, as im starting back how many reps shall i start with on dld bundled and heli stretch for first week just so i condition myself and not go hit hard to quick?

Thank Anth again

For the first two weeks I would limit each of your stretches to 10 reps, and the next two weeks move to 15 reps. You will be ready for 20 reps after that. As far as the girth work stick to the jelqs and squeezes for the first two weeks, then start adding the ulis after that. I agree with Anth your routine has a nice balance and should produce some results.
