Just a quick question in relation to supplementing/aiding penis gains...
I've been reading up on a supplement called HGH(Human Growth Hormone) for those that aren't familiar...it s proven to aid both groth in muscle/bones/cartilage..pretty much anything - I just wondered if takin this supplement could help in gainin quicker and better results in conjunction with PE excercises?
Any advice/knowledge would be much appreciated.

HGH can also be called something else...."STERIODS"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dude, steriods have a bad rep of shrinking the package.. I dont think it would work with PE....not to mention the crazy mood swings you'll have and major acne you'll get! Find another alternative dude....take it slow, focus on your goals and stay motivated. 6 months from now, after you've added about 1" to your dick, you'll look back and say "I can't believe I was thinking about taking steriods!!"

Penile androgen receptors in the penis shut down after puberty. HGH or test will probably affect penis size as an adult only if you're deficient in those hormones. There is some anecdotal evidence that topical testosterone may have some effect on penis size.

Sorry Al, is topical testosterone the same as HGH?

No, but I thought I'd mention it since it's also a commonly asked question.

I think the hgh he is talking about is the pills that dont actually contain hgh. I studied up on them recently online. they actually only make the pituitary gland produce more natural hgh that the brains production of slows down in the mid 20's to early 30's, and they seem to work very well from what I have read about them. i dont know if that's the type hgh you were asking about but maybe i have helped.
